The SZD-54 incorporates a specialized two-piece CNC threaded metal spar joiner to achieve optimal dihedral, ensuring the aircraft maintains its wing geometry during demanding flight maneuvers. Additionally, the fuselage and main wings are reinforced with pre-embedded carbon fiber spars, enhancing overall rigidity during high-G maneuvers.

Equipped with a high-quality 30A ESC and a 3136-KV1000 motor, the SZD-54 delivers ample power with a 3S pack (ranging from 1300mAh to 2200mAh) to perform a wide range of aerobatic maneuvers.
